Minimum Order
We do not ask for a minimum order, but for carriage paid in mainland UK orders must be for over £130 in value (excluding VAT)

Deliveries
We have a weekly bulk delivery service for London, and for all other areas of the UK we use outside carriers unless other arrangements made at the time of order. Special quotes can be arranged for all overseas shipment.

Availability
We aim to stock all products listed on this site, however, if stock is unavailable when you place an order we will contact you promptly.

Damage or Loss
All claims for short delivery or breakages must be notified within 3 days of delivery

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed through this web site are deemed as an offer and not binding until accepted by confirmation of the order being despatched by us.

Payment
On approved credit accounts our terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice. Otherwise pre payment is required by credit/debit card or cheque.
